"Theme from Lupin III '78" (Japanese: ルパン三世のテーマ '78, Rupan Sansei no Tēma '78) is a music composed by Yuji Ohno and performed by You & The Explosion Band. The single record release, under its original name "Theme from Lupin III", was released on October 25, 1977.

It was the first opening theme music for the Lupin the Third Part II TV anime series, the second TV anime adaptation based on Monkey Punch's Lupin III manga series.

It was first introduced in Taiko no Tatsujin on the arcade platform and later on Taiko no Tatsujin: TaTaCon de Dodon ga Don on the console platform.
