About the song Edit
The single of the same name was released on June 9, 2004 under Sony Music Entertaiment's GR8! Records label and is the band's 6th major single. It was later included in their second studio album "MusiQ", which was released on December 1, 2004.
The song, while achieved the no.1 spot in the Oricon ranking at its peak, sparked a controversy as the song used the melody line of the 1962 pop song "The Loco-Motion" originally written by Gerry Goffin and composed by Carole King, without giving credits to both. To avoid possible lawsuit, Goffin and King's names were added in the credits of the song when the album "MusiQ" was released.
It was first included in Taiko no Tatsujin 7 on the arcade platform.
