"Ikenai Taiyou" (Japanese: イケナイ太陽, Ikenai Taiyou) is a song peformed by the Japanese pop band Orange Range.

About the song[]

The single CD release of the same name, which also includes the song "Iketenai Taiyou", was released on July 18, 2007 under Sony Music's gr8! records label and is the band's 17th single. The short version of the song was included in the band's 4th album "Orange Range" (Released on July 25 of the same year) and the full version of the song was also included in their 5th single "Panic Fancy". (Released on July 9, 2008)

It was used as the opening theme song for the 2007 TV drama adaptation of the shojo manga series Hana-Kimi.

It was first included in Taiko no Tatsujin 11 (Both Japanese and Asia version) on the arcade platform and later in Taiko no Tatsujin Portable DX as DLC on console platform.
